Voltio was engaged to replace an incumbent Embedded Network Manager (ENM). After negotiating the energy supply contract for the site, we implemented our embedded network services to operate the 70 residential apartments, 20 office and retail tenancies at the site.

Using Voltio’s technology platform the owner of this site deployed a turn-key Embedded Network solution. This technology includes:

• An onboarding portal to create accounts for each occupant
• Individual account dashboards for each occupant
• Multiple payment options for occupants including BPAY, Credit Card and Direct Debit
• Monthly billings, payment reconciliations and financial reporting

Each residential tenant is currently forecasted to save over $355 per annum on average across their energy bills.
